How often are checks performed?

We run 1-minute checks from our global nodes. Incidents are verified from multiple locations to avoid false positives before alerts are sent.

What targets can I monitor?

You can monitor HTTP/HTTPS URLs, ICMP ping, and TCP ports. IPv4 and IPv6 are both supported, and keyword checks can validate page content.

Do you support SSL/TLS certificate monitoring?

Yes. We track expiration and common certificate issues and can alert before expiry as well as on the day it expires.

Which alert channels are available?

Email, Slack, Discord, PagerDuty, webhooks, and more. You can customize who gets what and add flood protection to prevent alert storms.

Will monitoring affect my site or APIs?

Requests are lightweight and respect caching. We verify incidents across locations before alerting, minimizing unnecessary traffic and noise.

Can I export data or use an API?

Absolutely. Export raw data for analysis and use our REST API to create, pause, or delete monitors and to pull live metrics.

What appears on my billing statement?

Your subscription payment will appear as SPARK or SPARKUPTIME.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, login to your account, then click Billing, then Cancel Account.
